The property is completely private and is located in a residential building on the beachfront.
Patalavaca is a tranquil place with a golden sand beach and all the services and amenities to enjoy a wonderful stay in Gran Canaria. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, etc... is next to the property. The guest can move on foot. There is an avenue next to the beach with all kinds of services that connects with the famous coast of Amadores or Puerto Rico. It is a quiet place, with all services and very well connected with an excellent climate.
In Patalavaca, guests can move on foot; everything is very close. If you want to go out and visit nearby places or anywhere on the island, there is a bus station 100 meters from the accommodation; its service is excellent. There is also a 24-hour taxi service. Patalavaca is a very well-connected place.
