Accommodation
Description
Villa with private heated pool located in the heart of Playa del Ingles a few meters from the famous dunes, wholly new and furnished. The property has two identical bungalows that are always rented together to the same group. They are not rented separately.
The pool is heated between 24 and 26 degrees.
The Villa has two bungalows for three persons each. Each house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a double sofa bed, air conditioning and flat-screen tv, a bathroom with shower and all the necessary elements, one bedroom with two single beds and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Villa is reserved individually, never for two independent groups. A single group of family or friends.
Among the equipment, we find a wifi internet connection, alarm, air conditioning, flat-screen tv, washing machine, oven, microwave, kitchenware in general, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron, etc.... and many other elements to enjoy a stay on the island.
The accommodation is entirely private as well as all its services.
The delivery of keys is usually done at the airport, there we have electronic lockers where you can pick up your keys with a key that we will send you before your arrival. We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by phone if it is necessary for a person to come to the accommodation we can also arrange it, although for the safety of all we try to avoid personal contact as much as possible, we understand that sometimes it can not be avoided.
Playa del Inglés is a world-famous tourist area visited by millions of travellers annually. The property is located about 200 meters from the well-known Yumbo shopping centre. Visitors enjoy the famous Dunes and a kilometres long golden sandy beach, rich and varied local and international cuisine and all the services you can imagine such as supermarkets, cafes, nightlife, pharmacies, health centre, etc. ..... The privileged climate with an average temperature of 22º makes it possible to enjoy the sun and the beach all year round. This enclave is very well connected by the GC1 freeway with the airport and with the capital of the island, Las Palmas de GC, the largest of the Canary archipelago. A city with more than 500 years of history that you should not miss. The privileged location, the apartment's equipment, the privileged climate and the services the area offers are compelling reasons to choose this property to enjoy a great stay in Playa del Inglés.
In the vicinity of the accommodation you can move on foot, you have everything very close if you want to go out to know the island, the bus service is excellent, there is a station within walking distance if you ask us we can leave you all the schedules and we can help you with recommendations. If you drive, the best option is to rent a car, and we can also organize it, the prices are excellent. The accommodation is entirely private as well as all its services.
