In addition, the complex includes a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by fruit trees that will allow you to relax while enjoying the sea views.
As for amenities, we provide WiFi Internet access, a flat-screen television, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a board and iron, a microwave and all the necessary kitchen utensils. We also provide you with high-quality bedding and towels for your comfort. Plus, you will have your own parking space.
This accommodation is located in a building with four private apartments that share the pool. Each apartment is in the beautiful area of 7 Palmas, Las Palmas. This accommodation is the perfect choice for those who want to be close to exciting places such as the football stadium, Gran Canaria Arena, Dr Negrín Hospital and shopping centres and enjoy excellent transport links.
Our recently built apartment offers a comfortable stay for up to three people. It has a spacious living room- kitchen fully equipped with a sofa bed, a main bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a single bed, both with large closets to store your belongings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, a large-capacity refrigerator with freezer, toaster, juice juicer and all the necessary utensils to cook and enjoy your meals.
