Treat yourself to an experience of comfort in this unique and cozy accommodation, ideal for families, with spaces to enjoy and relax.
Townhouse with independent access, located one minute from the sea. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, one with a trundle bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the ground floor we have a large living room with TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a toilet, and we have enabled a garage to be used as a second living room, ideal for children, or a 4th bedroom with a sofa bed.
Without forgetting the large terrace, which will undoubtedly be your favorite place. Equipped with a wooden pergola, an ideal area to share with your loved ones.
The first and most important obligation of the client is to fill in the 'Check-in online' form, where he/she will provide the personal details of the occupants of the property.form, where he/she will provide the personal details of the occupants of the property. For this online registration, we will previously send a link to your personal email, which we will request after you have completed your reservation, in this link you must complete your registration with the complete details of the person making the reservation to whom the invoice for the stay will be issued, and the signature of this contract, in addition to the aforementioned registration of all guests. Once you have completed all these requirements, you will have access to any of the accommodation access systems.
The neighborhood is covered on foot. All accesses nearby. To move to other different areas and the island you can do it by bus or car.
Days prior to your arrival we will contact you to coordinate the delivery of the keys to the house.
The house is located in a coastal area that provides beautiful landscapes, various activities, mainly water sports and hiking. The enclave has a natural pool, where you can enjoy one of the best sunsets and delight in the typical local cuisine.
