Description
Nine people, swimming pool, large gardens, orchard, air conditioning, ideal for relaxing and less than 20 minutes from the beaches.
The country house is ideal for families with children to relax in summer in a rural area, but excellently connected to less than 15 minutes from the beaches of Puerto de Santa Maria, less than 20 minutes from the beaches of Campoosoto, and 30 minutes from the beaches of Chiclana.
The Accommodation
Typical country house with spacious rooms, five bedrooms, a living room, and a large kitchen. A front garden of more than 500 square meters with a swimming pool and a porch with a table for lunch or breakfast. At the back of the house, we find another porch with a table, a large back garden with a barbecue, a trampoline for children, and a large garden that can be used, we also find chickens in the garden, and you can eat fresh eggs every day, certainly a great experience for families with children. Equipment
Among the equipment, we find a wifi internet connection, air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms, flat screen tv in the living room, washing machine, microwave, kitchenware in general, barbecue on the terrace, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc. for a pleasant family stay.
We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by telephone, and at times indicated. Once a week, a gardener comes to the accommodation to mow the lawn and maintain the swimming pool and the vegetable garden. He will not make noise during inopportune hours, and the guest will know in advance when and at what time he will go before he rings the doorbell.
Located in Puerto Real at the exit of Barrio Jarana, two minutes from the A-4 road that connects us in a few minutes with El Puerto de Santa Maria, San Fernando, Cadiz, and Chiclana.How to get around the area
