Located in a quiet bungalow complex, our guests can enjoy the communal pool while taking in the stunning sea views.
Our apartment includes all the amenities you need, such as two terraces to enjoy meals outdoors, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, a well-equipped bathroom and a comfortable bedroom. In addition, the air conditioning will allow you to maintain the perfect temperature during your stay.
Águila Beach, just a few minutes walk away, is a haven of tranquillity, ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy its crystal-clear waters and serene shore, making it a safe place for children.
Additionally, the location offers various essential services, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars and much more, all within walking distance. And if you want to explore further afield, Playa del Inglés and the famous Maspalomas dunes are just a 5-minute drive away, allowing you to discover even more natural beauties.
Our check-in time is after 3:00 p.m., but if you need early check-in, we are happy to help if you request it in advance. We only ask that you complete all pending payments, if any, and complete guest registration online. Remember that guest registration is mandatory for those over 16 years of age, and only when it has been completed for all travellers will you be able to access the property. If you have made full payment for your reservation on your favourite booking platform (Airbnb, Tripadvisor, etc.), you will only need to complete the online registration process.

Very nice and cosy flat with sea view and access to the pool. Nice and spacious terrace where we ate. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Perfect for 2 persons. Washing machine available. We came by car and have always found see more

Washing machine available. We came by car and have always found a parking place nearby, but in summer it must be very difficult. No first aid kit. On average it was a very positive experience and we would recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.

Nice bungalow, nothing is missing in Kyra. The kitchen is equipped with all possible appliances, dishes, glasses. Close to a steep and beautiful beach. A place I want to return to.
