Duplex-style bungalow with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a large sofa, flat screen TV, air conditioning, and extra toilet. Second floor with two bedrooms, air-conditioned, bathroom with step-in shower.
Among the equipment is a free wifi internet connection, flat screen tv in the living room, sun loungers, table and chairs for the terrace, a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils in general, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc..and many other elements to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The accommodation is located in an area with private access in Pasito Blanco next to the sports pier of Pasito Blanco and access to a sandy beach.
In the vicinity of the accommodation you can move on foot, you also have a supermarket 2 minutes away. If you are a golf lover, you have the Lopesan Meloneras Golf, about 2 kilometers, and to go out to visit the island, you have everything very close to Meloneras, where you will find shopping centers, restaurants, nightlife, and a walk along the avenue of the lighthouse of Maspalomas indeed the best option is to rent a car that we can also organize, the prices are excellent.
Keys are in a lock-box at the property. Once you made your online check-in and all payments are settled, we will facilitate access codes. To maintain privacy and promoting contactless-check-in our team will be available by phone or messages. However, if you have some concerns os specific issues, we can always arrange to send someone to your property.
The location allows you to reach the beach within a 3 minute walk. It´s proximity to the golf course might be one of the main attractiveness. Pasito Blanco is a very quiet and exclusive resort with a restricted access and due to the geographic locations it´s climate is remarkable all the year.
A supermarket is in 2 minute walking distance. Lopesan Meloneras Golf is only 1.2km away. Meloneras with its cafés, restaurants and shopping areas is at 5 min driving distance.
You can access the accommodation anytime after 3 pm.
Early check-in can only be managed upon request. If you need one, please send us an e-mail. Remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, and your online guest registration. Please be aware that guest registration is mandatory for individuals over 16 years old, and access to the property can only be given when completed for all travelers. You only need to finish the registration process online if you paid your entire reservation upfront to your favorite booking platform (Airbnb, Tripadvisor, etc.).
We apply specific cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the complete safety of our guests. The cleaning of the property is carried out by professional cleaning staff and according to Covid-19 measures.
