It has two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a 1,60 bed and a second bedroom with three beds.

Among the equipment, we find a wifi internet connection, intelligent lock with mobile access, flat screen tv in the living room, washing machine, microwave, kitchenware in general, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc.
The accommodation has an intelligent lock; once you have completed your check-in online, you will receive the access instructions and the opening link.
We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by telephone, and at the times indicated.
Located in the center of Rota, ideal for getting around on foot to all places, the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.How to get around the area.
If you want to park your car during your stay, you have everything you need within walking distance and there is a public car park 100 meters away. If you want to take the car, you have many more beach and leisure options. Given the location, you can get to any beach in Puerto de Santa Maria in less than 10 minutes or Chipiona in only 25 minutes. You can enjoy an excellent restaurant in the center on foot, and if you feel like you can make a nice excursion to Cadiz by crossing the Bay on the ferry which will take you only 30 minutes and is highly recommended, the ferry station is a 14-minute walk from the accommodation.
