Apartment located in the heart of Playa del Ingles, very central and just a few metres from the beach and the famous Maspalomas dunes, fully equipped.
The accommodation consists of a living room kitchen with air conditioning, fully equipped, two bedrooms with single beds, bathroom with shower and small balcony where you can enjoy a good breakfast or an aperitif outdoors.
Among the equipment, we find WiFi internet connection, Smart TV, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, among others. The kitchen is equipped with general kitchenware, as well as microwave, oven, large capacity fridge, freezer, juice squeezer, toaster, water heater, etc... You will find everything necessary to enjoy a pleasant stay in Gran Canaria. The apartment is completely private, located in a building in Playa del Inglés just a few metres from the beach and the pool is communal.
Playa del Inglés is a world-famous tourist area visited by millions of travellers each year. The property is located about 200 metres from the well-known Yumbo shopping centre.
