This is one of the best parts of the city of Las Palmas. Located at only 50 meters from the beach "Las Canteras", with extends for 4km with sand beaches. Ideal place if you want to combine vacations, sports, specially watersports, from a centric and lively place.
Good internet connections for remote-workers makes it the ideal office for your working project for a couple of weeks. All services and connections nearby.

Las Canteras is the most lively part of Las Palmas city. Honestly the best area for those who look for a life-quality. Everything´s nearby and very well connected.
Every important service is in walking distance. However, bus stations are at 150 m and the main central bus station for Gran Canaria, in St. Catalina Park,which connects with every part of the island, is only about 600 m away.
You can access the accommodation anytime after 3 pm.
Early check-in can only be managed upon request. If you need one, please send us an e-mail. Remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, and your online guest registration. Please be aware that guest registration is mandatory for individuals over 16 years old, and access to the property can only be given when completed for all travelers. You only need to finish the registration process online if you paid your entire reservation upfront to your favorite booking platform (Airbnb, Tripadvisor, etc.).
