It is newly renovated with lovely decoration details and an elevator that reaches the apartment's interior. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room with sea views and parking, fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and wifi—ideal for relaxing by the beach.
The La Puntilla area is located at the end of the Las Canteras beach promenade, with the best beach. Las Cantera was considered in 20106 as the best urban beach in the world, with a natural barrier of rock that allows enjoying the sea like a swimming pool.
The whole area of Las Canteras is lively, with a walk along the beach of 3km, with a great gastronomic and cultural offer along the entire promenade. It is an ideal place to enjoy the sea, walks, and sports.
Along the promenade, you can enjoy different options, the area of La Puntilla and its surroundings are ideal for snorkeling goggles, but at about 2000 mths are beaches for surfing, with a great atmosphere.
To move to this area, you do not need a car. Everything is close, and by walking, you can move to the different beaches along Las Canteras, as well as to the leisure areas and supermarkets. To move to other island areas, you can use public transport, which is accessible near the apartment.
You can access the accommodation anytime after 3 pm.
Early check-in can only be managed upon request. If you need one, please send us an e-mail. Remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, and your online guest registration. Please be aware that guest registration is mandatory for individuals over 16 years old, and access to the property can only be given when completed for all travelers. You only need to finish the registration process online if you paid your entire reservation upfront to your favorite booking platform (Airbnb, Tripadvisor, etc.).
