Apartment with terrace located on the beachfront of Las Canteras completely renovated and charming with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay on the island.
Great apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea for 3 people that has a living room with a sofa, air conditioning and flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, main room with double bed and air conditioning in it. Room with single bed. Bathroom with shower tray and all the necessary elements. To highlight its large terrace with views of the sea and the entire promenade.
Among the equipment we find Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, oven, microwave and kitchen utensils in general, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, etc ... and many other elements to enjoy a good stay on the island.
The accommodation is located in a central building in front of Las Canteras beach
Key delivery is usually done at the airport, there we have electronic lockers where you can collect your keys with a key that we will send you before your arrival. We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by phone if it is necessary for a person to come by the accommodation, we can also organize it, although for everyone's safety we try to avoid personal contact as much as possible, we understand that sometimes it is not possible avoid.
The location allows you to reach the beach directly on foot and at the same time also enjoy the leisure, commercial and restaurant offerings that the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria offers. Restaurants on beach avenue, shops of all kinds, pharmacies, a health centre and excellent transport connectivity will make your stay very comfortable. You don't need a car. To highlight the Las Arenas Shopping Center, the Muelle shopping centre, the English Court, the Alfredo Krauss Auditorium, the Santa Catalina Park, the Elder Science Museum, the bus station 3 minutes away, etc ... The complete equipment, the climate privileged with more than 300 days of sunshine a year, the golden sand beach and all the services available are important reasons for choosing this accommodation to enjoy a few days of rest.
