Modern and bright two bedroom flat in the privileged area of Candelaria, two minutes from the beach and close to shops and the basilica.
If you ask any Tenerife resident which is one of the most emblematic municipalities of Tenerife, most of them will agree in answering: "Candelaria".
Candelaria is not only known for being the town where the most important basilica of Tenerife, 'La Basilica de Nuestra Señora La Virgen de Candelaria', is located, but it is also the municipality with the most stable climate on the island.
This modern and bright flat is located in a quiet and newly built building (2019), it has two bedrooms, one of them outside the flat. Just in front of the entrance door, we have the patio with the second bedroom, we also have a living-dining room with sea views, an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a patio, the latter is ideal for a romantic dinner under the stars accompanied by a glass of wine.
The accommodation is located in a privileged and at the same time quiet area, with easy parking, where the good weather always accompanies. Close to countless shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and just a few minutes walk from the promenade and the centre of the town of Candelaria.
It is ideal for people looking to be close to the capital and at the same time to the south of the island.
Days before your arrival we will contact you to coordinate the handover of the keys of the flat.
The location of the flat is in a quiet area, but at the same time close to many shops and places to visit; supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, and so close to the sea that you can walk to the various beaches in the area. Candelaria is a place with a very good atmosphere, worth knowing on foot, from the Caletillas, to the basilica of our lady, La Virgen de Candelaria.

The property has very easy access to the motorway by car, and is located between the capital (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), and the main tourist areas of the island (El Médano, Los Cristianos, Las Américas, Costa Adeje), which means that you will be able to get anywhere quickly. We also have a bus stop only 200 meters away, so this flat is also ideal for those who do not plan to rent a car.
