Description
Modern, large apartment renovated keeping original parts with high ceiling. With a small balcony where you can admire the beautiful architecture of the different buildings of the street located between Gracia and Eixample areas.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms:
1 double bedroom
1 individual bedroom
Also, in the living room there is 1 sofa bed for 2 people, so the capacity of the apartment is up to 5 people. The apartment has a kitchen and 1 full bathroom and has air conditioning, heating and free WIFI high speed internet. In addition, there is a flat-screen TV. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.
The apartment is located in the border between Gracia and Eixample neighborhoods in few meters from Avenguda Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia. This location offers an ideal opportunity to discover two of the most exclusive areas of Barcelona. Gracia is more traditional with its spacious plazas filled with bar and local restaurants. Eixample is more modern and has large avenues like Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia where you find luxury shops, chic restaurants and Gaudi building “La Pedrera” and “Casa Batlló”. Also, the apartment is located only in 10 minutes walking from historic center of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya and Gothic area).
The flat is very well connected by public transportation:

We stayed in this apartment for 2 1/2 weeks while our son was participating in a Barcelona soccer academy. Overall the apartment was great. We had a fabulous stay.
Pros:
-Location, location, location! So close to everything
-we felt very safsee more

Pros: -Location, location, location! So close to everything -we felt very safe. Having to use a key to enter the building and then the apartment gave an extra sense of security -much more spacious than going the hotel route I worked with Luis and he was great. Traveling from the US and this being our first time here I had a lot of questions and he answered them promptly and eased a lot of my nerves. He was easy to get ahold of before and during our stay and was only a couple doors down the street If we needed anything. |

-the walls are pretty thin so you hear every noise outside and from the people upstairs
-the bathroom door didn't close, so there was no privacy in that matter

Tendríais que informar que no hay ascensor. Creo que por el precio, las toallas deberían ser mejores. Son muy básicas y pequeñas. Mejorar un poco el mantenimiento. No lo recomendaría. Gracias
